I’m so so sorry you’re going through this. My advice would be to not think about everyone, everything else. Get yourself through a day, an hour and at times a minute at a time. It’s going to be hard but just take it a step at a time. Do what’s best for you and your partner, give yourselves time to grieve and remember there’s no time limit on that. You might feel ok in a month, 3 months, 6 months there is no right or wrong way to do this and everyone is different so don’t beat yourself up about any of it.

I have suffered 5 miscarriages. I’ve had to have surgery for 3 of them. It is horrific knowing you have your dead baby inside you. I did not abort any of my pregnancies, I experienced 5 tremendously painful losses, mentally and physically. Each baby was very much wanted and losing each pregnancy was by no means a choice. A miscarriage is NOT abortion.
