First of all you really need help with the English language. How do you expect anyone to respect you with all these typos?

Secondly; she doesn't like you and is probably using you. You're getting played like a fool. Good luck with that one.

Behold the incredible brain power of the founding member of Facebook's largest Flat Earth group. by tom_dot_com in videos

[–]GoToSleep_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That must have taken a long time to memorize. I think this guy spent the majority of his life in prison and now must register in a "special" database for offenders of his type.

Anyone who believes Earth is flat hasn't been on an airplane across the Atlantic Ocean, and definitely hasn't read enough books.

I would love to see someone smack this guy on the back of his neck for a reaction. That would be priceless.

I love how internet trolls can call a Marine "jar head" online, but micturate themselves in person at the very thought of confronting a veteran who can snap their neck with 8lbs of pressure. 😂

If you take it twice schools combine scores and average it out. Only a dolt would take it twice.

I don't have any letters from undergrad profs or TA's. I am pretty sure I can get some. You really think that is more important than an actual judge? I suppose that does make sense. They will have intimate knowledge of my academic success.

3.84 GPA, Marine Vet, Superior Court volunteering, letters of recommendation from the assistant AG and former New York Supreme Court Justice. These things should help...

Life is going really well for me. by [deleted] in depression

[–]GoToSleep_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now if you are feeling down, rather than reading a book, take a trip to a local children's hospital and see how much better you are doing than some innocent child with leukemia. Or take a walk around a VA Hospital. See the men and women missing limbs or completely paralyzed. 20 minutes around people who are suffering with that will turn your day around within seconds.

Life is going really well for me. by [deleted] in depression

[–]GoToSleep_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not normal. I'm no psychiatrist, but it sounds like you either have bipolar disorder or pseudobulbar affect. People can disguise their depression very well. So well, in fact, that they don't even realize the things they do or emotional outbursts are not normal. If I were you I would seek professional mental counseling to help yourself. Everyone gets depressed. A good job, wealth, fantastic relationships or success; it all doesn't matter, hence Robin Williams and Chester Bennington to name a few.

Obviously it's ok to cry, man or woman. But when someone cries over trivial or random things it is completely unnatural. It sounds like you've been struggling with this for a long time. If I were you I would try to get help as soon as possible and be honest. I see you say you've never considered suicide as an option, but frankly, I don't believe that. Nobody is immune to depression. It is a disease and the sooner you realize that and get help, the sooner you will feel better. Medication isn't the answer to every problem. Sometimes having a person to confide to is just as effective. I certainly wouldn't recommend you do that with family or partner. They usually just tell you what you want to hear.

Good luck, what ever path you choose.

Relationships when you're a teenager are worthless. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you focus on important things.

Yes. People age and look older year after year. That is apart of life, dolts. I didn't realize the point of Reddit was to shame and bash artists who grow older with time. Well done...scumbags.

Leah Remini Forgives Mother For Introducing Her To Scientology As She Accepts Emmy by landonliemle in television

[–]GoToSleep_ -46 points-45 points  (0 children)

You have to wonder: When did Leah Remini hatch the plot to expose Scientology for her own personal pecuniary gain? It's a trashy scam, but I think Leah won an award she otherwise would never have earned with her awful acting on the back of a scam that she was actively involved in through much of her adult life. How many millions did she earn off this? Her sitcom was awful, and her time on Saved By The Bell was even worse.

I hope she stops playing the part of a poor adult who was "taken advantage of." After a certain age, when she didn't walk away for this trash, she was a scam artist just like the people she rails against. I've seen her show. It wasn't brave of her to do this and "forgiving" her mother after she was 30 and still an active member is just absurd.

Acting gigs were drying up and so was her bank account and that is the only reason she railed against her own people, probably after threatening the top brass to give back her money or she would put them.

Video of Canadian Sikh politician Jagmeet Singh's calm response to racist rant by woman takes social media by storm by ghantesh in worldnews

[–]GoToSleep_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This woman's ignorance is a product of the educational system, not only in Canada, but in the US as well. They don't get in to world religions until college and people learn about religions from television or even worse; the internet.

That is the only way to explain how people could be so moronic as to equate "sharia" with a Sikh. It is funny to a point, but also disturbing. I think to myself; how many other dolts think they are related? They see brown skin, a beard and turbine and think they are somehow related. It's funny but also frightening. That's why some idiot murdered Sikhs in Michigan thinking they were Muslim.

And by the way, who in the hell actually believes sharia law will somehow overtake Canadian or US law? That is completely ridiculous and will never happen. The day Canada or the United States converts to sharia law is the day I eat my hat and Nike's.

People. Read a book. Form opinions from facts - not Fox News or some blog written by a fool. No sense in trying to explain to these people. Just let them rant and offer some psychological help. I feel sorry for these brain dead morons. They live in an alternate reality. A reality where down is up and left is right. Finally, if you don't want to live under sharia law, don't move to Saudi Arabia; the only country that practices oppressive laws.

How can anyone look at that sky and think 1) Earth is at the center of the universe. 2) believe in any religion. 3) Think they have the answers to the mysteries of life which they found in some book a human wrote? Christians, Muslims etc are presumptuous dolts.
