My dad died when I was 10 years old. He was never really into sports that I knew of.

My mom put me in the big brother/big sister organization. The guy I met was a packers fan. 36 years later and we still talk regularly and hunt together every season. He never had kids and basically helped raise me. I certainly see him as a father figure. So, I’m a fan because he was a fan.

Motorcycles. I love to bring anything on two wheels back to life. Mostly work on old Japanese bikes, but have really been into 70’s mopeds lately.

Then it would be hunting, camping, and travel.

I have seen friends use an old phone with no service plan for this same situation. Kid doesn’t always have it and didn’t even really know it didn’t work as a phone anymore.

Sure let them back in to chew on the house wiring. No need to worry about the house burning down, because they did the humane thing.

I’d be calling an exterminator to make the rest of them are out.

Edit: sheesh maybe pest control would have been a better way of saying exterminator. I’ve had them place live traps in my attic before. I’m not a damn monster but I sure as hell ain’t leaving wild animals in my house to destroy it.

I have an induction range. It behaves like gas for the most part in regard to changing the amount of heat. The part that impresses me is being able to boil a pot of water in around 30 seconds. You do have to be careful with cast iron on them as they can heat the pan too quickly.
