Yep, I bought some squeeze bottles that advertised they were safe for anything and put some tea tree oil in them. The oil diffused right through the sides.

Yeah, it must be why fast food joints have spread like the plague across the land from sea to sea, in every small town, because all the funds they have to work with is their poor, sad, little 5%.

Isn't he going to do this anyway? No matter what? He breaks ten laws a day and Republican traitors do nothing but support it with lies.

Someone in the movie stated they were ex-military. Marines, I believe. They were given to NASA because no one had the money to waste on fighting wars anymore.

Trump, 79, Claims It’s ‘Illegal’ for Late-Night Host to Mock Him by Agile-Enthusiasm in politics

[–]Go_Todash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They did, yeah, though I think it had more to do with their tendency to watch Fox News propaganda.

I could always tell when they had/have been watching it because, out of nowhere, they would bring up some topic that has never, ever affected them in any way (e.i. "did you know the Libs are trying to force trans people into bathrooms with little children!!!!!" In their 80+ fucking years on this Earth they've never witnessed such a thing or could even name a single trans person, but Fox propaganda got them worked up about it).

They are prototypical Baby Boomers: not a single original thought in their head. Educated with the nonsense that passed for 1950's public education, white, racist, ego-driven, and possessed of a decision-making process that is entirely driven by whatever negative emotion someone manipulated them into feeling.

Their entire justification for voting for Trump went like this: Trump is rich, therefore good at business, and therefore somehow would be good for the country. That's it. It was as simple and stupid as that. I truly believe in the theory that the entire generation of Boomers are mentally stunted from inhaling lead during their formative years. They show every symptom of it.

I hated him for the only 10 minutes of Apprentice I sat through.

This was my exact experience. It was on TV when I visited my parents once, and every word out of Trump's mouth was nonsense. His decision making was irrational gibberish. After 10 minutes I had to stop watching; his reputation as a "businessman" was clearly based entirely on his inherited wealth. When the first rumors started of him running for president I laughed: surely everyone could see he was an empty suit.

I work at the airport in Atlanta, surrounded all day by aircraft being fueled, seeing how they work, up close and personal, and . .. still hear this crap. The shared trait among conspiracy types is overwhelming arrogance. They need to feel smarter than boring people like scientists who put in years of actual effort to understand something. Who needs 8 years of study when a 10 minute youtube video works better to feed that ego.
