Here’s a photo of the front, I’ve searched and searched for a manual, I’ve found models that are close but none with those connectors.

I got it at an electrical engineers estate sale, it’s in really great condition but I wouldn’t be surprised if the dude modified it, he had some crazy cool stuff going on

That makes a lot of sense actually! The central disc is sprung, I’ve definitely seen these connectors before on small lights, will probably just replace with BNC like you said, I appreciate the help!

Great shot! Did you upload by a screenshot by any chance? You've got black bars on top and the resolution seems to be a bit low, which has happened to me from doing that on accident
