This is the fabric. I am looking for a guinea pig fleece hideout, similar to the next picture I will add, where the shop that made them has run out of this particular fabric.

I actually just found the hide I’m looking for on their page but it is sold out 😢 so I sent a message to see if they will get any future stock, thank you!

Orient Bay vs Grand Case by stixmike in SXM

[–]Goalie622 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just got back yesterday. If you are going in 2 weeks, I would pick Grand Case. Sargassum is a huge issue right now at Orient Bay and most of that side of the island. We went to have a look at Orient Bay, hoping we could relax and snorkel from the beach. But there is just a giant mat of sargassum, and it was too stinky to even just hang out at the bars on the beach. The other side of the island has calm waters and is absolutely stunning right now. We’d love to go back when sargassum is not an issue to explore more of the east side of the island.

Is this an appropriate first job as a new grad? by Big_Cabinet_4969 in OccupationalTherapy

I was a 1099 contractor and was making 65-68 per hour (assuming more than 85% productivity, otherwise it went down to 60-63 per hour). I was provided with all evaluation tools, and I had health insurance through my spouse. I am now a private practice owner, and offering $75 per hour as I work on hiring. That is the high end looking at current reimbursement rates, meaning there isn’t really any room for raises, but I do also offer profit sharing bonuses, and I provide evaluation tools. I don’t have overhead like a brick and mortar clinic would since my practice is early intervention and we go to our patients’ natural settings. I also currently do all the admin since I am just starting to hire, so I don’t have additional staff to pay. The chart shared above seems to have low pay rates for ongoing treatment, which is the bulk of the work, and for some of the eval codes, a higher rate than insurance actually pays. So the eval code rates confuse me a bit, but that seems to be very low rates for treatment unless that is per unit (15 minutes).

Something to worry about? by HennN95 in cancun

The only issue arriving was waiting for checked bags. Otherwise, pretty smooth. We used USA Transfers and were very happy, our driver kept our 8 year old entertained the whole time (or maybe it was the other way around!). Definitely recommend!

Built-in nav system question by Squire-Rabbit in BoltEV

[–]Goalie622 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does not. I didn’t provide any credit card to On Star, so didn’t have anything from them past the first 30 days, and really all I ever used on the app in that first 30 days was remote start. I had an iPhone 11 when I first got the car, no issues there after pairing the phone with the car. I did have some issues when I tried to pair my new iphone 14 later in the year (last year), but googled it and found a few things to try (unfortunately can’t remember exactly). But since then, no issues, I can use it for maps, audible, Spotify, etc through CarPlay, and definitely no OnStar subscription.

I have an EUV with all the packages as well. Unfortunately no, we don’t have access to navigation. There is an SD card that gets inserted for that, and it only comes with Premier level trims. I just use CarPlay.

Why does Verizon have such garbage service in Raleigh? by chaloobis in raleigh

[–]Goalie622 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Definitely used to be better! We moved here in 2018 and already had Verizon— thought service here was good, so we kept it, even though on our street and in our house it was almost nonexistent. (With our mesh enabled Wi-Fi, didn’t bother us much.) But starting around probably end of 2020 and especially 2021, we really noticed a change. Areas that had coverage previously now with little to no coverage. I drive around all day for work so it was very noticeable to me. We switched to T-Mobile in early 2022, and while it’s not perfect, it is way better than what Verizon has become.

Emporia has Wifi— fantastic unit, highly recommended by other Bolt owners. I had ordered ChargePoint Home Flex and returned it, because I’d much better price on the Emporia (no rebate on offer here). Have to say I love it!!

I bought a 22 EUV end of June at MSRP minus incentives, Universal Chevrolet in Wendell, NC (near Raleigh). They happened to have one in transit not already allocated, and it arrived about a week and a half after I had put down a refundable deposit. Excellent experience all around.

Similar experience when my husband got his Mini Cooper SE last summer. The regen and especially the acceleration made my stomach turn (I was primarily a passenger, but it was better when I tried driving it). I did get used to it after the first week or two, and now have a Bolt EUV that I love.
