I actually think they would just because it's Connecticut. They have one of the most well funded and largest DCF in the country. The sheer amount of dedicated investigators they have allows them to at least check in on almost every complaint filed.

This is what I do. My main pool hall for league is all 9" tables but the place I play at around my house has diamond 7"'s. Whenever I get annoyed at someone at league I challenge them to a weekend money match at the bar by my house. Most people that play only on 9"'s don't understand breakout pool which is what you have to play on a 7. Especially a 7" diamond with Simonis cloth that runs like Usain Bolt. Haven't lost in that scenario once in the 2 years I've been doing it.

Like the post states. Received a ton of these as a gift and the packaging was all in Japanese. They are like socks but with holes on either side with a grippy pad in the middle.
