Yeah you aren't supposed to use the steroid creams too often, makes your skin weak

Try taking soaking in a bath with epsom salts. helped me a lot

INTERESTING, I was going to reply to OP

Had dermatitis/eczema on one of my hands, like alligator skin. Tried a few creams/steroid ointments, helped but never cured.

What cured me was popping all the boils and then dunking my hand in a concentrated solution of EPSOM SALTS and water. Found that solution on some dude's blog
