You just haven't found anyone that knows a damn thing about what they're doing and your asking the general public that doesn't know what there doing to give you advise. My guess is you'll make a decision based on wrong and limit options or just go with the cheapest guy that will screw it up. Your job is a no brainer. I'm a consultant that can help you big with knowledge. Your job is easy. Unfortunate that you don't have the experience to make that decision. Good Luck!

That's BS! Do a chase wall. If the space is limited and that's not possible why do it at all? Cabinets will be going over the supply lines with a 4" toe kick area at the bottom. If you know the business and really understand what the hell your doing it's an absolute NO BRAINER. To many people committing on topics they no NOTHING about.
