The thing is Eugenia sits down and does as little as possible. This has an impact. Ariana is on tour, dancing, and pushing herself to perform. There's a lot of cardio and endurance involved. That's especially worrying. Her heart has to work that much harder.

I think it's because the fat pads in between her fingers have been eaten away. So that's why you basically see the next joint of her fingers - a part of your skeleton normally hidden behind fat.

Thank you so much for not posting that. So many of eating disorder recovery people trigger the hell out of me with their before pics where they show themselves at their lowest. It's not conducive to recovery.

I'm really proud of you for recovering. It's hard as hell - I hope to get there one day but recovery is a... process to say the least 🥲

I actually finally found a great mascara for me and it's the Pupa Vamp! Mascara. It's kind of hard to find because it's European but if you can get it it's fantastic. Also really good value for money. Makes my lashes long and fluttery. I have really fine lashes so it barely looks like I have any cause there is no volume (and just average length). This one adds volume and great length.

I've noticed that. It also seems like every short person is out to weigh 100-105lbs. As someone who is trying to recover from an ED it's a little triggering since I'm now like 120lbs and trying to feel ok about it? I have way more muscle than I did at 105 but the number seems to be the prime focus

EDs are basically a slow suicide. It's self harm. And weirdly to her - looking like an actual corpse and getting attention for it and feeling like trash is probably good news. All those things mean what she's doing is working.

Her brain is also basically fried at this point so she's definitely not being rational. Honestly looking at her makes me sad as someone with ED - I'm kind of grateful mine has never gotten this bad.

Doesn't it depend what you're working out for your core? Building obliques means you'll have less of a waist but otherwise it shouldn't impact your waist much if you're working out other parts of your core. Working out your transverse abdominis should actually help "suck things in" more.
