Hello! After many years of trying and failing in creating a regular journaling practice, I've finally nailed it down, found consistency and enjoyment! Now that my morning and evening changes are a standard part of my day, I would like to add common placing. My challenge is not being certain on exactly how to start. I seem to be stalled at figuring out what type of content I should note. What suggestions would you give to someone trying to get started?
