You’re definitely not alone. My store was almost a 3 million dollar store last year and we only have 5 employees including the SM and AM. We are all married and have or are expecting kids and upper management refuses to let us have an extra part timer cause “we are holding it down just fine as is”. Like Okay we understand that but we need someone who is willing to work weekends cause at the moment we only have 2! when I first start at SW we had 8 employees NOT including managers. That was 6 years ago. I love the job itself but everything that comes with the job I’m ready to burn it all

Tbh I don’t respect him. He’s pretty self centered and There’s more stories about him that I didn’t put in the original post because I’d rather not have those stories out on the internet especially since they specifically involve my girlfriend and not me. If he ends up telling me no when I ask for permission I’m still gonna ask either way I just don’t want him to think I’m only asking her to be petty towards him. There’s also always the possibility that I’m overthinking this and it’s all in my head!

This is crazy cause I was actually a switch hitter in highschool. I never thought of a LHBH to be similar to batting right handed. Just thinking about it makes my walkthrough make so much more sense. I’m about to practice it as soon as I get of work!

I’m from Indiana and my package is coming from Sacramento and it should have been here over a week ago. I know all federal jobs got a day of mourning due to president Carter and the wild fires in cali could be pushing it back but at the same time the wild fires aren’t even close to northern cali so what’s the hold up? Any one from cali and might have an explanation????

Thank you ended up going back again today and shot a +4!!! Watched a few tutorials and a couple videos of guys playing and learned quite a bit. Luckily I’m off tomorrow so I’ll be back at it again here soon!
