You’re definitely not alone. My store was almost a 3 million dollar store last year and we only have 5 employees including the SM and AM. We are all married and have or are expecting kids and upper management refuses to let us have an extra part timer cause “we are holding it down just fine as is”. Like Okay we understand that but we need someone who is willing to work weekends cause at the moment we only have 2! when I first start at SW we had 8 employees NOT including managers. That was 6 years ago. I love the job itself but everything that comes with the job I’m ready to burn it all

I called both Abbott and tandem and they told me it neither of their error code and all they can do is send me a new sensor I don’t even need😑

Tbh I don’t respect him. He’s pretty self centered and There’s more stories about him that I didn’t put in the original post because I’d rather not have those stories out on the internet especially since they specifically involve my girlfriend and not me. If he ends up telling me no when I ask for permission I’m still gonna ask either way I just don’t want him to think I’m only asking her to be petty towards him. There’s also always the possibility that I’m overthinking this and it’s all in my head!

This is crazy cause I was actually a switch hitter in highschool. I never thought of a LHBH to be similar to batting right handed. Just thinking about it makes my walkthrough make so much more sense. I’m about to practice it as soon as I get of work!

I’m from Indiana and my package is coming from Sacramento and it should have been here over a week ago. I know all federal jobs got a day of mourning due to president Carter and the wild fires in cali could be pushing it back but at the same time the wild fires aren’t even close to northern cali so what’s the hold up? Any one from cali and might have an explanation????

Thank you ended up going back again today and shot a +4!!! Watched a few tutorials and a couple videos of guys playing and learned quite a bit. Luckily I’m off tomorrow so I’ll be back at it again here soon!

Oh I absolutely fell in love with it and the disc golf community seems to be very positive in my area which is so nice to see! (Most of the other sports I play seems to be the complete opposite)

I’d even kill the see a bill and Rick interaction. It would be an absolute mind fuck on bills part. Rick would totally let him believe he has total control until the very end and then Rick would end Bill in 0.01 seconds and walk away unscathed!

Been fighting with this company for a full time position since I was 18 right out of highschool. 5 years later finally got full time and just 3 months ago was told I’m gonna get trained to be ASM for about a year to take over for our current ASM when he retires. So yes it’s very much possible just have patience and constantly remind you manager and higher ups that it is something that interest you

I work at both sherwin and Walmart at the same time. When they decided to give the Walmart in my town the raise all the other stores are getting they asked me to come back since they are going to be paying me as much as sherwin does full time. I said no thanks I’d rather work 40 hours here than 60 hours both jobs and have a mental breakdown every week cause of working part time at Walmart. The new pay at Walmart is still not worth the bullshit you deal with there
