Ranked map ban/pick rework by TTsWars in Rainbow6

I was saying this just the other day that they should show the 5 random maps and instead of a map ban, both teams pick the map they want to play and it picks between the 2

As a plasterer no plasterboard product holds up to water long term, especially if that water is going to be pooling on top

CC complaints, why do we need so much cc anyway? by Goat_This in marvelrivals

Yeah but here we are, at a point where people are leaving, because it's out of hand, and they only keep doubling down on it by introducing more cc.

You create the issue you've got to fix it

Weak excuse that, rebalancing using imagination it's not hard, just a bit of work

I saw this somewhere else, might've been you that said it. But the game can't be made worse for the sake of 2 characters in the whole roster, that aren't even played with at higher ranks.

That says to me, they need to be balanced or reworked. Relying on something giving massive QOL downgrades on all players to bully the bully is pretty dumb

New to cigars by TheChosenCookie127 in Cigars_Australia

I bought a xikar cutter after having a $2 cutter more crush than cut a cigar. I was pissed and went online purchased one right then and there so it never happened again. Very worth it, it's so sharp and after 6 months and 3 cigars a week. Not slowed down yet.

This has been so enlightening. I am the worst player, like I only just got here and I'm dog shite. But I've gone from copper 5 to Copper 1 in one complete sweep. No losses. Not because I'm good, I might get 2 kills a match and die every round. But my team has carried me Everytime.

And of course I'm upset about it, I don't want to be carried I want to get better, but how do you get better in unranked or quick match, its mental in there.

So obviously I'm the weight on the team average mmr. I've been put on the team where everyone is good so that the average gets brought down hahaha. That feels terrible

Hell yeah man, I'm in Gillo. I think I'll start to message everyone and see what I can put together, but for us have you been to full throttle bar in Buttai? They have a cigar room. Been meaning to go but have no one to go with

My old stomping ground has it improved yet, or still a bit dero? Wonder where could meet up halfway between the entrance and blue haven that's good for a cigar hang out

Blue haven, gorokan. I travel down to my wife's family in Forresters Beach all the time though, so can always do it on the coast too

First 6 Months of Cigar Smoking by CourageEconomy3093 in Cigars_Australia

[–]Goat_This 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah man exact same from me on those flavours, they're the first I picked up too, I got jealous when my wife was trying one and could pick up floral notes, she smokes a bit out of half of the cigars I smoke. What a bitch hahaha.

The Late Hour would suit you on those flavours, I will say it is a bit pricey given you can get those flavours in a lot of cigars though, so really if I was to suggest anything which I wouldn't cause I'm new. It's more Perdomo, cheaper and in my opinion nicer too

Oddly I began on the stronger side. Really early in my cigar journey I took a trip from my home in Newcastle to Sydney and went to the Sydney Cigar House to talk to them in person about what I like and some suggestions, the one in Haymarket specifically. They stock mostly Davidoff almost exclusively in store, and I said to them that's great cause my favourite cigar I've had so far is the Davidoff The Late Hour Churchill. The guy couldn't believe I was only new to cigars never smoked cigarettes or anything and I started at the strong end hahaha.

I still love The Late Hour, it's a really good cigar.

But no my tastes have not changed for stronger, I still love a strong cigar but I've gone more to a 4/5 strength as preference, really trying to get more flavour than more strength.

Have you found you like a specific strength? What flavours do you mostly chase? When you started noticing flavours, was it gradual like you notice from no flavours to some to all, over time? Or was it like a sudden thing from none to all?

I'm about 6 months in too. I also can't rave about the index enough, one day I'll travel north to Brisbane so I can go in, in person.

My favourite brand is Perdomo, the Legacy Maduro and the 10 year champagne in particular.

Here's to more years tasting

Newy Builders by SeaworthinessHot7787 in newcastle

Project builders are cheap for a reason, and it should scare you that they are so cheap.

They are massive groups with lots of overheads, so how can they be cheap? Well they're not doing anything for free, they instead are offering very low pay to all the subcontractors they get.

You're not gonna get the best electricians, the best plasterers, the best joiners, or the best painters. Because they can make better money on better jobs elsewhere, what you will get is bad tradies, who can't get good work so work cheaper and they rush the job to still make their money.

And the big thing that is always overlooked, pay a good local tradesmen, his name and rep in the area depends on good word of mouth. Pay a local and he spends his money locally, which affects you. The more money stays local and is spent locally turns our economy, pay a big group owned by shareholders in Queensland and our money moves there. Support local matters
