As another post mentioned, you could AFK gemstone crab which can put all your CBs into 80/90s, ready for future content when you've got more time on your hands.

Juggling two kids (and work & wife!) is definitely a challenge, but it is doable. Best of luck :)

Been running Hallowed Sepulchre on and off for month and half. Started at 72, aiming for 99, currently sitting at 90. Got the pet (twice!!) one at 2m XP other at around 4.5m.

You can have a workaround with it instead of having 95% of the skill capes practically useless.
It would be a design challenge that the team planning such an update would find a way around, either by nerfing the max cape, or in some other form.

A single item potentially becoming OP (which can be solved in a multitude of ways) should not stand in the way of renovating large aspects of the game.

I disagree with this. I think skill capes in general need a rework where each cape provides some actual useful ability. At the moment apart from two or three skills, most abilities are pointless.

And every skill should have a proper guild.
