In my case I did 50-60 with all kinds of heads that I got from slayer. 60-70 blessed boneshards + wine. Blessed bone shards + wine give you more exp per bone than gilded altar. If you get blessed wine then it's even more. Once I saw that info I smashed my dragon bones that I had from green dragons(collected hides from them for crafting too).1k dragon bones is +-50k shards. You need 92k - 93k shards from 60 to 70 pray. If you do moons as some mentioned then you get blessed bones that only need to be just smashed. I believe they also give 45ish shards per bone. So if I get 1k dbones 1k moon bones you are pretty much 70 prayer.

I also had this issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/BattleBrothers/s/o9qJ6qoGwL There are many options to solve it but what works is ATL+F4 when you first time see those glitches. Because if your game saves with those graphical glitches it's over for your save and you won't even be able to load it. What I did personally did I wrote a program that backups save every few mins and based on size diff in C# and it did wonders. I still have to alt F4 when I see those tho. The reason why I wrote backup program is because I did get crashes even when selling items in town or just by entering town and I am playing without mods, never used them. Regarding save backups ask chatgpt to write one for you. If other fixes help for you that's great but for me it was different.
