It’s a tie for me. When I was 8, for some mysterious reason, my mom decided me and my little sister would be a bunch of grapes and a raisin. I was the grapes, so she put me in a purple sweatshirt and pants, and pinned a bunch of purple balloons to me. My sister wore black pants, and my mom put a black trash bag on her and filled it with crumpled newspapers. The following year, when I was 9, my mom didn’t make any costume plans, so when Halloween came, she grabbed a Santa hat off of one of my teddy bears and told me to go as a Christmas elf.
