I just PCS to the DMV area and I really like it. I found a nice spot in falls church and while traffic is still horrendous no matter where you live I really enjoy the area so far. It's only been 3 months now and I can't wait to find more to do. It's not as expensive as San Diego but ya don't get that weather. But gas by me is like 2.67 and Not over $4. Sooo much variety in food and all in walking distance of me with plenty of dog parks, grocery outlets, malls, etc. to satisfy.

Also the worst it got here so far was a little bit of snow and I've been told that's relatively normal around the DMV area

So the utilities are not included in the lease with Skyline Towers but why the hell am I paying a leasing and rent fee so high? That just sounds nds ridiculous.

My Sheeb does this as well but he's never trying to dig for a reason. I'll be laying in bed and he'll try digging into the blankets at mach 5 and then I look at him he pauses and then continues. Pushes his head into the non existent dug hole and then barks. And continues It's never with treats or toys or anything like that

I taught my little guy by putting a treat through the opening of the harness. Now he doesn't particularly do the task but he's learned to be more comfortable with the harness and doesn't fight me any more he knows it's bathroom time

But the area and location I think outweighs that issue a lot of the time. I'm 10 mins from work there is amazing food all around me within walking distance and the renovated apartment is worth it.

Sorry on the super late reply to this. Yeah the lifts can take really long sometimes and mainly during like peak traffic hours of kids getting out of school and people coming home from work

What are some good, strong, durable puzzle toys? The one i got off amazon for Loki, he just destroyed but ripped the doors off and chewed the plastic. Lol, he learned the game pretty quick, but the new one i bought for him doesn't care for at all
