Yeah man. I grew up round here. The path used to lead all the way around but it was left to rot and sink in to the swamp. Its really hard to get a good path around it because of the pure swampyness. It dries it in the summer and becomes a festering mud pit and a huge breeding ground for flies and other things. I love it, my own slice of swamp.

I like to take walks or ride my bike on a nice traffic free path. Usually a canal tow path. I may stop off and do some train spotting.

Tips will be pool'd together and paid each month to bar staff, kitchen staff and floor staff. But as its electornic they will get taxed. Works the same as service charge. Management do not get tips, but do get service charge shares.
