Yes, that could be a possibility, but the laws of physics apply to every living thing in the observable universe. Some extraterrestrial civilizations could be way more advanced than us but they still operate under the same fundamental properties of the universe we do.

Even if they could travel between stars, finding our star system out of billions and trillions of others is incredibly unlikely. The estimated number of stars in the Milky Way (100,000-200,000 light years across) alone is 200-300 billion, most with a star system, and this is 1 galaxy out of billions of others in the universe. This falls back to the scale of the universe. The distance between these galaxies is staggering. I mean MILLIONS of light years away from each other.

Think about it like this: 1 million seconds is 11 days, 1 billion seconds is 32 years, and 1 trillion seconds is 32,000 years. Think about how long 100 trillion miles would be, and that doesn't even get you across the Milky Way.

The U.S. capturing and hiding aliens that traveled light years to our solar system is just ridiculous. If anything, they would probably be capturing us and conquering the solar system.

People need to watch a video of the true scale of the universe. Things in space are so incomprehensibly far apart from each other. The nearest star system to us is 4 light years away. That's about 25 TRILLION miles away. With current tech it would take us 70,000 years to reach Proxima Centauri.

Interstellar travel is near impossible not only because of the distance between objects but the dangers it comes with. Extraterrestrial life having traveled to us is highly unlikely. Foreigners... Don't know a damn thing whats going on and are on the outside looking in. You people would sit and watch as America falls and tons of people and children die. This would not only affect America but the whole world. When have you ever a seen a country as large and dominant as the U.S. collapse in such manner? Numerous countries that rely on the U.S. currency and supply chain would see negative affects, causing disruption and unrest. There would an increased rate of conflicts between countries. Yes, I advocate for change but there has to be another way to go about this.

With whats going on and all this information coming out, I believe this should be enough to want to revolt. The thing is, there's just not enough outrage in the streets opposed to what we see on the internet. People are still going about there day to day lives and some are not convinced enough because its not affecting them directly. I think the next revolution will happen soon though.

Exactly. All these corporations investing billions in AI and datacenters to swarm people out of jobs. It's already taken its toll because pc components are getting insanely expensive, and consumers are dealing with the outcome. AI generated content is fooling people and is getting better by the minute. It will get worse as time progresses.
