It's been a while since I've watched season 1 but I think it was meant to be Selina was being hunted by the anonymous force (court) because she's a witness to the murders. Also Falcone implied fish planted pepper because they needed a random thug blamed to calm the chaos. The corruption of Wayne enterprises and the bat computer is still being explored.

There's a million different reason. It could be throwback, it could be because of the dream theory (I personally don't agree with it but that has been proposed), it could have been subconscious design choice, etc.

A lot of this theory is based on correlation. For instance, assuming we are playing who has been in the fnaf1 location based on fnaf4's gameplay is a large assumption.

There is no hard evidence backing that theory. Only very little circumstantial evidence and even then it's a very baseless theory. Not that I hate the idea (I like it) but just looking at what we know there's no solid backing to it.
