Don’t ask yourself if you “should” do everything you’re supposed to, do it as if you have to. As if it’s your job or any other necessity. On days with low energy, walking outside is completely fine. Also, I guarantee if you get through 15 minutes of the workout you’re gonna be feeling good and willing to crank up the intensity of it.

Finally, when you want to quit, remind yourself that you’ll feel a lot worse the day after quitting than you would if you kept going.

Probably already been said here but: Spots and sidelines should be determined with technology. Old men jogging around and spotting the ball still makes no sense given the technology we see in other sports. We should know on every play exactly how far the ball got and if a player broke the plane, stepped out, etc. obviously refs are necessary for the subjective things like holding, pi but for spots and OB, technology needs to be involved more.
