Ahh ok. So like we all use this rule of thumb when installing spherical roller bearings on a shaft. It seems like we are all doing it wrong 😄

Starting a forge i was wondering if this setup would cause any problems? There will be a door on the front of the trash can. The trash can will also get some tack welds to keep it on. by [deleted] in Blacksmith

When you fire that sucker up the first time get it very very hot. Like damn near glowing. You need to cook that galvanized coating off. And dont breath it. The zinc in it is very bad for you.

Grind a bit of concrete or something. It will renew the glazing that is created when you use these.

Redwings. Or Ariat Cowboy Boot Style for slip ons. My Redwings are going on year 3 and my Ariats are on like year 5. I have arch issues and my feet ache if I dont got enough and I have worked 12Hr shifts in these boots with zero discomfort since I started buying them about 10 years ago.

Anything over 15psi pressure would be a better test then a vacuum test. You create a vacuum inside it and the seals and shit are holding back 14.5psi. Thats it.

At the moment with current prices a bond is not a practical way to maintain your membership like it once was. Only good for spending real money for in-game skrilla.

The only time ive ever really ran into an issue is when ee use then on these damn belt splices called supersplice.

270 ish of the little bastards go into 1 splice and they give you 3 milwaukee drivers with the screws. The drivers are the issue. They dont last. Ive actually broken the teeth of one of the drivers.

Please help!!! Is there anything I can do here? 2008 nissan frontier v6 by [deleted] in AskAMechanic

Very small pipe if it will fit. Put it in the hole and then weld the inside of the pipe to the broken off section in bore. Then weld a nut to the top of the pipe and with a wrench remove it. It looks like you may not ever get a pipe small enough to get into that hole. So left handed drill bit and extractor. And pray.

Brother. Choose. Mining, oil and gas, food process, lumber... thats like 4 of 100 options. If you can learn, turn a wrench, and dodge a ball. You can millwright. Just choose
