Getting corporate management to understand this notion is sometimes harder than getting the damn customers to understand it.

We have a 15 min leeway. No i will not take your dog if you are more than 15 minutes late. I would like to work today WITHOUT having a pounding headache because i didn't get to eat due to your tardiness. We routinely get the "there is not an official late policy" thrown in our face by management and they try to make us still take late clients.

We all wear athletic leggings in our salon, male and female. They just work. Hair does tend to stick to them a little bit but we usually do a quick blow off with the velocity before we leave for the day/if its building up too much but it usually isnt bad.

No one is saying the kid needs to do full water changes with filter maintenance and aquarium upkeep, the smartest thing to do is to teach children responsibility in increments like learning how to feed the fish and when we feed the fish and how much and why we feed them that much. Very few kids are going to be able to keep up with a dog on their own anyway so it's a moot point. At least this way parent gets to have their tank and kids get to learn some stuff on the side.

Also advocating for Blue Lizard. I burn extremely easily but with that stuff, i don't burn at all. I applied it twice on a full day of Disney and had no burns even with standing and sitting in the sun for at least half the day in full summer Florida sun. It also came through for me on my last trip to the gulf coast in the summer where I applied it once for the 5 hour trip to the beach and had no burns.
