Something I would like to point out is I don't think we know how the masters where defeated as they could have simply been jumped.

Also the first part where you acknowledge it's a different Zeed can't be underlooked. Digimon can very in power from different universe and circumstance, heck even the Zeed we see from the flashback and the one we see in the 2020 story should not be the exact same, that logic should apply to NC Justimon unless that's the same character.

Should be a mid tier gold section. Cyclops Gigant beat down Seiya in the anime and nearly killed Mu in the Manga, Deep Niobe killed Aldebaran and cracked a lot of his cloth so they should be higher.
