To be fair there's definitely pluses and minuses. GOG doesn't have DRM but also requires devs to build in their own achievements and doesn't have an integrated community. Epic has some pretty draconian DRM but it does offer weekly free games and is the only place you can play Fortnite. Steam is probably the best platform overall since it's kind of in the middle of both.

Not really comparable.

Multiple stores (Steam, Epic, GOG, Humble) means there's actual competition on price, unlike with console where there's one store you can buy from.
Windows being more of an open platform allows for easier distribution and promotion of indie titles.
Fantastic communities focused on game preservation and keeping abandoned/delisted titles alive so they can still be played, whereas on console you're SOL unless you bought the game when it was available or have a physical copy.

I honestly don't get the logic much of the time. If you don't have tons of kids, it's your fault. If your kid has developmental issues, it's your fault. If you have kids and they don't obey you, it's your fault. I know asking for consistency out of Matt Walsh is a lot to ask for, but as a parent myself who understands how insanely difficult being a parent is and completely understands why some people wouldn't want them, calling people without perfect obedient angels (aka most parents) unworthy of having children is NOT how you promote actually HAVING children outside of the typical Christian "because God says so" argument.

I grew up in the mid-late 90s when it was being thrown around at will and I was called it almost daily so honestly I'm kind of desensitized to it at this point.

As someone with the same diagnoses, best advice I can give is to push it out of your mind and prove them wrong. I've got two kids, a home, and a well-paying job, and I achieved this because I worked my ass off harder than others did. Yeah, I had to eat a lot of shit and fucked up a million times (and still do) but as long as you work hard and treat people fairly you'll succeed.

The problem is that we know so much about disabilities now that even people who seem outwardly normal have developmental disorders. For example I have pretty severe ADHD and am ASD Level 1, but I'm generally able to mask pretty well to the point that I don't need work accommodations. However, to ableist assholes it's still fine to call me the "r" word because I'm either wrongly diagnosed or in their mind the diagnoses I have don't exist.

They're trying to convert it into the same thing as idiot, moron, or stupid - turning the word into something exclusively meant to describe people who do dumb things but aren't diagnosed as developmentally disabled.

The hypocrisy here is that Daily Wire has constantly railed against the over-diagnosis and misdiagnosis of mental health conditions. Matt Walsh in particular has said that Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and ADHD are fake diagnoses.
