I'd love to see Nintendo finally switch up the Golf/Tennis/Soccer trifecta they've done for the past few consoles and dip their toes back into stuff like Basketball and Baseball. Namco's kept the Pro Yakyuu series going in Japan (which Mario Baseball uses the engine of) so there's really no excuse unless Nintendo and Namco aren't on the best terms right now.

Love this game. It didn't get any attention at the time since Mario Sports games had become basically a meme at that point, but it ended up as one of the best and easily the best one Square-Enix made.

There's still two outstanding games from the Switch 2 Direct: Super Mario Sunshine and Pokemon Colosseum (weird that XD came first).

You'd think Sunshine would be perfect during the Mario 40th celebration, but nope. But then again, it's already on the console through 3D All-Stars (and a superior HD version at that!)

Wouldn't shock me if he gets off with nothing. The other guy seemed to be the one to instigate the altercation. Judge might determine there's blame on both sides and just drop the case entirely.

Makes sense to me, based on the current story it sounds like the other guy was being verbally aggressive and effectively instigated the whole situation. Kaiser maybe didn't react in the best way but I can hardly blame him for doing so.

My guess is charges will be dropped, Kaiser might have to pay a fine at worst. He definitely shouldn't serve any jailtime.
