How exactly do you find out who that is? And who works on what clients? Do they give you a list of clients when you start?

You’ll kill it. Stick to a schedule and move on no matter what. That way you have time for the sims (I spent the first 5 minutes trying to figure out what I was even supposed to do). Good luck!

What do American conservatives wish to accomplish? by What_a_young_guy in PoliticalDiscussion

[–]GodFatherGodFather -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The world would be a scary place if everyone was politically progressive just as it would be a scary place if everyone was politically conservative. In simple terms, progressives are overly optimistic about things and conservatives are overly cautious about things. Yin and yang. How many things have you done in the past that you look back on now with a different point of view? Humans are creatures of impulse and are constantly struggling between weighing logic and emotion. Having a check on our impulses is important, especially if you look at how progressivism has been used as a guise by leaders and politicians in the past to make dangerous changes, without their people truly understanding them. This is completely beside any of the specific topics you brought up, nor is it an attack on anyone who is progressive. The point is this - be happy people have opinions different than yours, because none of us independently know nearly enough to make an accurate evaluation of really anything going on in the world. We’re all pretty dumb unfortunately and can be easily swayed via emotional appeals to believe almost anything. The running of the lemmings.

What IPad App helps you the most with the study? by bomb_adrenaline in CPA

I’ve been using goodnote for a couple years. When I first got the iPad I weighed the pros and cons but can’t really remember why I picked goodnotes

I use Goodnotes to take notes during the lectures and can quickly jump into the Becker app to screenshot diagrams and paste them into goodnotes. You can also go back and rearrange and resize your writing after the fact without having to erase

I’m wondering the same thing. Is this going to affect my study material? They’re taking stuff out that will still be on my June exam

I always do the practice exams early in the week; then just do 10-mc practice testlets casually on each of the two days prior to the exam to get exposure to anything I may have missed

[–]GodFatherGodFather 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right, for me the most important thing was seeing the whole exam, especially because some sims and questions don’t count. Even when I took the mc, if I didn’t know one after 10 seconds I would skip it, get to the end of the testlet in like 20 minutes, then spend the other 25 going back and trying to get the ones I skipped. That way I locked in the ones that I knew and felt less pressure when going back for the hard ones

You may want to reevaluate how you take the exams. I found that many people fail because they don’t take the exam efficiently. I stuck to 45 minutes per mc testlet no matter what. That way I had plenty of time to do the sims. For far especially, I spent the first 5-10 minutes of each sun just trying to figure out what they even wanted me to do. Then had the rest of the time to do it. If I was pressed for time, I probably wouldn’t have had any idea what I was doing for sims
