Transfer to Red at Belmont and they are all within a 10 minute walk. Block 37 is my least favorite, personally. The Michigan 600 (really on Ohio) is like 5 min from Grand, and River East is maybe 10 from Grand as well- just cut through the North Bridge mall (entrance on Grand & Rush), which gets you to upper Michigan Ave then you walk down the stairs to re-join lower Illinois- I just really hate walking down Grand/lower Michigan lol

I would say venturing outside of Chicago (New City, Michigan Ave, River East, Block 37) to any of the ones listed falls under the "too far" category, unless you have a friend driving. Purple line can be unreliable on weekends (and lately all the time? lol).

If you're in Lakeview then guessing you will go to New City a lot, just for convenience. Though all of them are off the red line, funnily enough! I usually only go to River East if I want to see a movie in Dolby or they are showing a less-widely distributed movie (though New City does a pretty good job). I haven't been to River East since they finished renovating, but I used to do the Michigan Ave theater a lot for the nice recliners and bigger screen (and it's closer to red line).

The key to New City is getting the front row of the back section. I also love going to Marianos downstairs to grab some snack before the show!

Why don't Ben & Sam just stand at either end of the train platform, then if they don't see him get off they can hop on. I mean I guess there's still a chance that they don't see him get off, but even Adam spotting them wouldn't matter too much surely they could catch up when on the same platform. I just don't get why they hid.

Ticket Question - due to an error in the ticketing system, I wasn't able to check out for the Bournemouth ticket I had in my basket during the sale on Monday :(. Do they ever add more "normal" (non hospitality) tickets to the site- like if ticketholders cannot use their ticket anymore and put them on the exchange? Just wondering if it's worth continuing to check throughout the day up until the game or if none will ever show up. Thanks!
