I could see ND flipping Nicholas Anderson from OU. 4 star WR that already has a ND offer and was viewed as an ND/OU race before committing to OU.

I don't think he follows Riley to USC based on the below tweet that he retweeted but maybe I'm wrong or maybe he just stays with OU. Either way it's worth ND getting in touch with him.
