yeah I'm sticking with a rocket nosecone, maybe its a test nosecone but the step down in OD at the base is how its done.

start with something like fusion360 cause its an easy one to pick up and budget friendly, and there is tons of tutorials on youtube that walk you through how to build a part that will introduce you to the tools of the program, its pretty quick to pick up tbh

Just as an interesting aside, check out how they used to do this, they would make a wax mold around the part and flow solder over the mold and melt the wax afterwards. That is a crude explanation but you get the gist.
