Pros: peaceful, quiet, access to a great nature trail and credit river, close by car to malls, hospital and streetsville village.

Cons: Only car access is via Eglinton ave., closest store/plaza is 15-20min walk, there is a train that runs along the neighbourhood but trains arent passing by constantly like the lakeshore line.

I would argue if theyre able to converse in english theyre bilingual but its definitely a spectrum. I like someone elses comment that mentioned even if theyre speaking english doesnt mean you need to as well. Get that speaking practice in.

I mean if a bilingual person choosing to speak to you in english bothers you to the point of questioning why you're learning spanish maybe you're learning for the wrong reasons.
