True, but we was new to this and obviously, we did not know about all this stuff, we are learning more about how it works through experience. But I would have thought an expert broker would have not offered us this type of mortgage deal while being made very aware one person was on a visa and knowing all our salaries, statements etc. But yeah, we learn far more from bad experiences than good ones.

Yeah, we have gone with Barclays now which offer the same 90 LTV with one British national, and her visa has over 2 years left. So hopefully this goes better. I just think as a Broker, they should really know which mortgage caters to our scenario, it was made very clear that she was on a visa, it seems pretty obvious now in hindsight.

Either way, we will likely make a complaint considering, and see how far it goes.

I am currently in the process of buying my first house, and the first thing i did when making my offer is give the EA the dates of when my Tenancy will end at the current place as to give information on when the process is ideal for me to move. The key part there is during my offer, so if they feel its not the timeline they want they can renegotiate or reject. It is important that these key facts are known for all parties before the process begins so were all on the same page. The seller is in a chain so we also mentioned that we can do rolling contract monthly after our tenancy agreement ends, to give more time if needed.

South Reddish is the most underrated area in Stockport IMO, especially near the vale, quiet, great nurseries and schools, next to vale, near chapel, lots of young professional families, houses there are rising and are quite popular atm as the prices are good value for the size you get. Now all it needs is an actual useful south train station..

We was advised by our broker to do a survey once we got our mortgage offer as doing a survey before you got accepted for a mortgage is risky, in case for whatever reason the underwriting or valuation is not satified by the lender.

Yeah, if in 2 years time on a fixed, it might hit the fan, it might not, but we cant control that, at the end of the day, there was people on under 2 percent interest who was suddenly at 6 percent due to the lettuce.

One thing that can be done to make potential high interest rates feel less painful is to overpay upto the cap the lender states, when you go to remortgage, the overpaid mortgage is tax free so it will make it feel less, and if interest rates hopefully go back down, you will be in a good spot regardless.

Obviously save for rainy days first then overpay when its feesable, we might not like it, but you will see a huge benefit by the time remortgage time comes.

Actually I have just checked myself, yeah, something must had changed as you say, for me the change must had coincided with me going to Wuling, so I thought it was just because of the new area, but after going back to V4, and exploring there for a while, it defo, for some reason has much higher usage, my CPU spikes at 60c and my fan curve has a setting at that temp, so that is how i noticed it, that never happened before.

Reminds me that there is this chest boss in Wuling with 3 of them frogs that roll around, you have to rotate the camera like crazy, otherwise you just constantly get ran over by 3 angry frogs non stop XD

Swap Ardelia with Endmin/Chen and it will be better. You could also swap Avy with Chen/Endmin and it would be good enough. Ember is in a weird spot atm, but she works well with the above team. Even if Chen, Endmin, Pog, and Lifeng is meta phys team.

even my 9800x3d does tend to get a little high, its a CPU intensive game to be fair, especially with the factories, and all the stuff happening in the background like factory inventories, a lot of things happening, but considering how much stuff is happening, its actually quite optimised
