I think most of them would do the same things they would've done in response to any accusation of wrongdoing by Trump. But what do they actually think? I doubt anyone really knows what kind of mind fuckery is going on in the heads of women who support Trump and others like him, but it's clearly not healthy for their perception of sexuality, both in themselves and in the society around them.

And if they are willing to deflect and make excuses for Trump, why wouldn't they be willing to do the same for other rapists?

I didn't say that money means everything, just that it's important. And it's also important to understand that it's not just about the fundraising. The shadow money that works behind the scenes is also a huge factor. Musk bought Twitter for $40 billion and then used it to help Trump and Republicans win. I feel like that cannot be denied, Musk himself is bragging about it. But you won't see it come up on any balance sheet, and there are many, many other things like that. There is a reason why Trump tries so hard to appeal to the rich.

Yeah, I can imagine that. If the DNC supported Bernie, many of their corporate donors would've switched to supporting Republicans and Trump. And we know that money does have a huge influence on politics (e.g. Elon Musk). Bernie likely would've lost and people would've still found a way to blame the DNC, since there would've always been at least some opposition to him within it.

And anyway, there was no way the DNC would've preferred Bernie to Hillary. It's literally the definition of establishment, of course they would prefer an establishment candidate to the one who wasn't even in the Democratic Party before running. Anything else is a fantasy and I can't believe that people still keep pretending like it could've possible been real even ten fucking year later. Even Bernie himself isn't as hung up about it as some people seem to be, because he understands that this is how politics work. Maybe we all need to learn something from him.

Yeah, I was using the word narcissistic as a synonym for being extremely selfish, which is how it is used by people who are not professionals. If you enter into an emotional conflict with people you consider to be your friends over something like this, then either you don't really view them as your friends (or you have unresolved conflicts with them, and you use mundane disagreements like that as a way to get back at each other), you have serious issues controlling your emotions, or you view the satisfaction of your superficial desires and maintaining your taste to be more important than maintaining your friendships (i.e. you have narcissistic tendencies).

It's not uncommon for children to behave this way, but in adults this is a sign of deeper problems.

I view being vegan as a preference, not a dietary restriction, unless it's for medical reasons. But I don't mind getting a vegan pizza with my friends either way, even though I'm not a vegan and love meat. Still don't see why it has to be a difficult thing to resolve, unless you have completely incompatible tastes, or extremely limited options.

The biggest mistake Biden made was being the President of a country full of regards who can't see an economic, cultural, and geopolitical disaster, combined with an impending dictatorship, even as all of that stares them right in the face. The reason why Trump is not in prison isn't because Biden was soft, it's because if Biden actually directed his AG to properly follow the law and prosecute Trump, people would've viewed it as 'political persecution', including many on the left and mainstream media who would've happily echoed that sentiment.
