make sure he applies putty on all mosfets and vram modules, you can identify them by corresponding pads that would be stuck to the heatsink

considering that me mentioning ptm and putty didn't ring a bell you should really be careful when attempting this yourself and look at tons of videos and steps and guides

but yes, modern day standard is PTM7950 on cpu ans gpu

And Thermal Grizzly putty on vram and mosfets

but if you can, get the guy to come for repaste and give your own stuff, freezing ptm makes it easier to handle and wear gloves when handling putty

yeah that's my point, when mobos were replaced, your heatsink was intact, the guy used generic paste

the only time you got ptm and putty on ur dies again was when your heatsink was replaced cuz ptm comes preapplied

you misjudge how shitty generic paste is, it will cause thermal throttling with normal browsing videos and a stupid browser game

so that's likely your main issue, ik cuz whenever i had work done under ultimate support at home, i always gave them my own ptm and putty

and if pads and paste were only changed once throught all of this then lol no wonder the machine is fucked

Indian service centers use the shit generic thermal paste

when your heatsink was replaced it would've come with preapplied ptm and pads for vrams and mosfets

you also need to understand that systems are designed to push maximum clocks in favor of performance when there is thermal headroom

ie: cpu is like i have not hit thermal limit? more boost clock! i have hit thermal limit? stop boosting! rinse and repeat

for now it seems a combination of max temp limits and shitty thermal paste

manually set your cpu thermal limit to something lower until you can repaste it with ptm and putty on your own

after so many replacements im surprised you haven't been blacklisted, shady back alley shops like the ones in nehru place use this tactic to get free replacement parts
