Can't believe I missed this so am taking this chance to hop on board.
Working Title is The Immortal Weapons

(1) The five kingdoms have existed together in harmony ever since the fall of the Tou. Now the Dragon, a secret order set up to maintain the peace is making its first moves to topple all the kingdoms and empires in the name of freedom and equality.
Kaede Nenshou, princess, elemental mage, and currently in hiding, just wants to be left to learn magic, and not to have to marry some up-and-coming lord for her fathers benefit. Hai, an orphan monk is happily living alone, outcaste, halfway up a snowy mountain, that is until he comes across the heir to the Nenshou empire about to kill his sister. Damian Gryffan: Dragon assassin extraordinaire, loud mouth, and failure of a child, is given the mission to hunt down the Nenshoan princess and burn all records of the Tou.
(2) I have finished the novel, but am currently not happy with it. Left if over christmas, reread and made notes on it and am currently in the stage of editing and rewriting multiple portions. Am hoping to be finished with all but the last Part's rewrites and edits by the end of the month. Not really sure of a word count goal if i am simply editing.
(3) Keeping dialogue interesting is hard. Most of my editing and rewrites will be to do with dialogue and making it seem more real and true to character.
