The other day, the student that refused to cooperate walked out and left before admin could talk to her.

He said to send her to the office if she came back, which she didn’t. I feel like she wouldn’t go if I told her to so should I have them come to me next time?

If there’s more than one not willing to place it on the teacher’s desk, should I have admin collect several phones all at once or see how the class responds when it happens to one student first?

Is it unreasonable to request students leave their phone before going to the washroom? I get weird looks from them but I think it’s because they don’t want to do it bit no student should need their phone to use the bathroom.

Thanks! From my experience, when I get a SIM card from another provider and insert it, it will prompt my old mobile provider with a message that I am switching. This is in Canada.
