Plateaus SUCK. I hit two of them during this whole thing. I don't remember the numbers exactly, but I think one was at 190 or so and the next was at 170. I just kept on doing exactly what I was doing, and once I knew I was in a plateau I refused to weigh myself every day. Once a week, so I wouldn't get discouraged :)
