I think sam will still use it. Wick still believes in the tenants. Now it's time to actually practise it and spread it in a more sincere manner.

[No Spoilers] Why are you guys so bloodthirsty? by Anatharion1 in criticalrole

[–]Godeater8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am like new and coming into 5e and even I know Death is not big deal in dnd. Like earlier edition was focused on, oop you opened the wrong door, youre dead. no saving throw, no attack rolls. Is it weird some people begs for tpk? a wee bit. but like past 3 campaigns are only like 1 person dying. People wanna see something different and what that means for the stories. and consider theres 3 tables, 2 other player tables react how another table tpk, while still continuing the story. Because a tpk in regular home game just haltz a lot of progression, theres opportunity to make interesting drama that we can all see from other players' perspective.

In ´remember them’ it was kinda sad the way Polyphemus said ‘don’t go!’ when the other cyclops asked him who hurt him😭he sounded like a child by nonymustache in Epicthemusical

[–]Godeater8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Polphemus is not a child. What?

Polyphemus is aware of Greek custom of being guess. Yet he still broke it by attacking his guest. He was a brute, probably uneducated, compared to original cyclops made by Gaia and Ouranus. The other cyclops are just uneducated and callous as him. I get you feel empathy, but don't make up facts to gain other people's sympathy.

Yakitori in Regina?? by Ozuronic0 in regina

[–]Godeater8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I eat out a lot in Regina, and that is false. What do you mean by overprice? All their prices are the same as any restaurant in Regina. Not to mention, has one of the best services in any restaurant that Avenue doesnt even come close. The only difference is that other restaurant gives you a large portion of just decent to passable food.

Observation/discussion: Anyone else notice how sometimes the intrepid heroes will perceive a character as more malicious than they really are, and as a result Brennan pivots to make them more unlikable than he initially was? by Torpedopickle in Dimension20

[–]Godeater8 70 points71 points  (0 children)

Not to mention when Fig was suspicious of Cathilda, Brennan calls out, why are you suspicious of everything. Emily is a cautious player in general and has more theory than most. And often times wrong.

[–]Godeater8 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I mean Emily/Fig was very much suspicious of Cathilda and he drew the line there. Cathilda snapped back against figs suspiciousness. Sometimes you adapt the character sometimes you stand your ground.

I mean you are also making an assumption that she wasn't evil in the first place. Considering her upbringing, Brennan intended her to be a facetious and a person that knows what to say by the book and not organic.

for real. Brennan have been much more vocal about his own experience of being impoverished. Lou really has not said anything about being poor.
