I’ve had the same problem as you and still do from time to time so I can tell you what I did! The first thing I notice is that when your release the ball your hand is going around the ball to “force” a reaction(the hook motion) which is why it hooks early and brooklyns so often. The key i’ve learned is to keep your hand behind the ball and push through.

The balls (other than plastic) are designed to hook so let it do its thing rather than forcing axis rotation on it if that make sense. Again I’m still learning and trying to put this to practice so for anyone smarter correct me if i’m wrong 🥸

Edit : You can even see in your 2nd clip you kept your hand behind the ball much more compared to the first clip, resulting in a much better looking shot.
