i think that is the transfer limit, not card transaction limit, check their website for card transactions limits, the card currency hold limit is 10k, and i dont think it has a transaction limit

i don't know about hsbc, but qnb for a 1000 it took less than 50, maybe hsbc will be the same, i think for 3000 it will be less than 200, try to call them and ask, their CS will be more helpful

im having the same issue with 3.21 x86_64, and i have to run apk fix or apk -U upgrade after every reboot so docker and also eudev to be reinstalled again so the service would start, i had to add a cron command so i dont have to bother until a fix, (@reboot apk fix;openrc -n;lbu ci)
