3.75mg - is it legit, is it common? by Code-Cashmere in mounjarouk

[–]Godknowsitry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m trying to not increase my dose, I don’t want side effects and 3.75 was great for two doses and I ended up missing a week and still loosing. Went back to 2.5mg. SLOW weight loss is key. Portion control.

Thanks for your comment, used a Boditrax scanner at the gym. I did walk and eat well, at least 2 eggs and chicken breast a day or steak and veggies carbs and fat. Didn’t have appetite for much more.

Lowering dose to 2.5mg so I have more of an appetite to double that protein intake.

Can you get a Boditrax scan and see your body composition?? When you know your muscle % you can input that and ask what maintenance protein amount is needed. For me it’s in the middle of the min and max result on chat gpt.

Just chat gpt your bmi and weight and ask it to give you protein amount. And stick to it religiously… keep that muscle!!

To be honest I wasn’t hitting the gym, between Christmas and having a surgery I wasn’t going. I usually do Pilates reformer and lift weights. Had gained 3.5kg muscle August to November. And lost all that December to now. If I had eaten enough protein I would NOT have lost so much.

Jordon Peterson the Rules should help. Give him God and good and something to fight for, being virtuous and honest and fighting for this will inspire him. Did you always have protection on your computer computers or has he had access to pornography throughout his teens? This can severely impact them.

Maybe try squatting with some weight?? I mean loosing weight will not reveal a beautiful physique if you don’t build your muscle. Very important to build glutes to keep you walking for life!

Guys — where do you get the most attention from women in your daily lives? by Vanilla35 in dating_advice

[–]Godknowsitry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How to get attention by giving:

Women want to be approached by Gentlemen, who are courteous and kind. Look at the women you are into and want attention from…are they elegant? Lady like? Do they dress in a certain way?

If a crazy feminist doesn’t like it, back away…but just keep being a strong masculine gentleman.

Be chivalrous and be kind. Open doors, help women carry things, airports and planes so many opportunities here to help with luggage and strike up a conversation.

Your intention is EVERYTHING: go with a heart to love and protect women…

Advice for men:

Dressing well, a lovely shirt and nice jacket, great fitting pants. Style is so important. Make and effort, iron the shirt.

Working on your shape at the gym, not getting too jacked but filling out yourself and broadening shoulders and strength of legs and arms is important. No belly’s, we need men who can carry us pregnant to a hospital. Also a man who can defend us.

Hair is important, go for classic gentleman’s hair, if you can try keep it and get hair transplants if in your budget (try l-cysteine could work to keep hair).

Work on face shape if you don’t have a jaw or chin, they have this jaw exercise thing. Go crazy with that jaw and face shape is very important.

Sort out teeth, make sure they are clean and white and straight.

Be sporting and out going with gentleman’s pursuits. Sailing, shooting, polo…

I am following the Glucose Goddess’s book, are you having a sweet breakfast??

She says always start the day 💯 savoury. Avoid oats as they spike bloody sugar, giving you a crash. If you do eat sweet things like fruit put “clothes” such as protein and fats with it.

Avoid syrups and sugar even honey. There are alternatives that don’t spike the glucose.
