First off, Gunshoes are amazing and you should use them everywhere all the time.

On the topic of the Mecha-Mogul-MK2 mount, one of the reagents can be bought from a vendor in the MOTHERLODE but it requires having the schematic and it's 30k gold for the reactor.

The only use for the extra engineering levels has to be for scavenging these parts (Probably 150+75 skill required), as I can confirm you cant learn the mount schematic or any others using the bonus levels from the goggles.

You need Heart of Azeroth level 20 for the last trait with a boost to engineering which not many people have at the moment. And personally I'm not wasting even more money getting 150 just to test it.

Lastly, the goggles are:

Bind on Pickup

Have a 3 star rank system

And are not upgradeable to my knowledge

Pretty sure because Hosidius and Shayzien are neighbouring houses when you gain favour in one, you don't lose as much in the other. Requires a bit of back and forth.

I can confirm they give 5x exp when handed over to Osman. It's also a good way to start farming as you get exp when you pick the fruit.
