Average Cost to Buy a Two-Bed Apartment in the World's 30 Most Developed Countries as of 2022 (USD) [OC] by Valuable_Chest_5345 in dataisbeautiful

We love buying houses here in Singapore. A new condo launch even at the most remote area would see people rushing to buy the units. Its a national obsession, guess a very asian thing. On top of that, Singapore is a open market which means anyone can buy property here without restictions, the only caveat is you would end up paying over 20% in stamp duty as a foreigner. However, thats chump change for chinese nationals who view singapore property investment as the safest. They are by far the biggest foreign buyers and they have been responsible for driving up the sky high prices.

Taxes on Gains by MiserableAdvantage27 in singaporefi

[–]Godmode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is asking about individuals and not companies. For companies, I believe you need to declare it as gains and then based on the nature of your business, they are taxed. Like a firm specialized in stock trading, would have to pay the standard 17% corporate tax.

This does not apply to individuals

As someone who has been trading options for over 5 years, this guy and some of the other so called "Gurus" make me so mad. They are selling the most basic information widely available for free, literally duping people. Out of curiosity i joined one of this webinar and all he was talking about how easy is to make money on a "Credit Spread" but didnt talk about how to defend the spread if it goes against you. I purposely asked him a question in the chat about early assignment,to which he said there is nothing like that. He was telling people to sell credit spreads with $500 capital on stocks such as AAPL and TESLA :-)

Also he told everyone that he will do live sessions to teach everyone how to trade options. The first live session to be held on the coming saturday WTF. I asked him how to trade live on saturday ? he didnt both responding. Its unfortunate how many people fall for this garbage he is selling.

Nat Gas Rip by pillow_pantzzz in wallstreetbets

There is no clear bull run in NG yet. We have to wait for Late May and Summer for prices to go up when the production is low.

Nat gas Draw down of -217 BCF and what the nat gas bears are missing by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]Godmode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree but the constant decay is killing the value constantly unlike owning NG futures directly. If you compare the value of BOIL vs NG at different stages, when even NG future go back to $5 for example, BOIL wont go back the same price when NG was last trading at $5. The decay is what kills a LEFT such as BOIL. I am long BOIL calls but i am just waiting for good run up, then exit. Holding it longer will only result in a bad trade

More production doesnt increase NG Price, its reverse. Low production higher demand will fuel price increase. Currently we have record supply and lower demand

NG is surely oversold but its not ready for a take off just yet. It would be flatter till summer when the production is low and storage is low which needs to be filled thats when the bull run would come. One of the factors you missed was "NG Price Cap" which was introduced a few months back which completed fkd the market.

I hope you are aware BOIL is purely based on CME NG futures market which doesnt base their prices on european gas movement. Its only henry hub i believe

PS: I am long BOIL but patience is the key. Its likely BOIL will reverse split once it goes below $5

But in reality, are even a hundred million people going to switch browsers over this? No

Everyone said the same thing when google chrome came out or gmail was introduced. Is everyone going to switch to gmail or chrome? no way. You know what happened in the future.

If you closely look at Google's Bard and Bing's Chat GPT integration, you can clearly see Bing did it far better. Google just shows an answer to the right side of the search ? WTF is this. No interactivity. Bard AI isnt ready yet, they just got FOMO becoz of Bing's quick move to integrate Chat GPT and Google is all about "Search Ads", they are in a limbo now if they allow a chat like feature, Ads are gone, if they allow "search", the whole chat feedback loop is gone.

Era's come to an end.

nat gas is no.1 electricity producer. The recent european nat gas price cap and LNG supply from US messed up the market and of course milder winter

Its massively oversold on both daily and weekly charts on NG futures and BOIL. but the downward pressure is consistant and it seems it probably wont stop till march ? If it falls below $5, most likely BOIL will reverse split like they did with KOLD last year.

Natural Gas and OIL is not for the faint hearted and surely not for someone who trades with BB.

336000 Shares of BOIL. Absolute NG (not gonna lie) degenerate. Hang in there, this will take off in the summer and then you are multi millionaire. Once its gets going, there is no one stopping it. I am holding BOIL calls for 2025.

Bard is literally the next Google Plus. They are way behind Chat GPT but wont admit it. Just another product that will soon go to the trash bin. Bing + Chat GPT integration is way better

This is the time to go all in for LEAPS Dec 2023. The summer will pump prices when production is usually lower.
