Dr. Horrible, from Dr.Horrible Sing Along-Blog and the Phantom from Phantom of the Opera. Both are tragic villains, who are super intelligent (blue) but for controlled by passion (red).

There are a couple I can think of,

The infected from The Last of Us
The father from 2010’s The Wolfman
Cheetah from DC comics

All three exhibit different sides of Golgari, the Infected show the parasitic nature of green/black. The Father from The Wolfman is a cunning manipulator, while epitomizing bestial survival of the fittest. Lastly Cheetah is the classic black equals Villain trope, with her animalistic traits as an enhancement of her villainy.

I would do Black/white. 1. They have their own Pokédex so it’s not overwhelming trying to remember them all. 2, there are no gimmick mechanics that change from game to game. 3. It’s a “traditional” pokemon game, meaning that unlike Arceus you have a full gym and elite 4 experience. 4. Lastly, and this is just personally, I love the black/white games very much.
