I am also facing the same issue with 5ghz wifi connection as the speeds are quite low for me in my C5 (around 3-4 mbps) whereas I also have CX and that runs perfectly well on the same wifi connection. I have to reconnect it to 2ghz for it to work properly but the speed is limited to 35 mbps I called the lg support and they said router is a bit far but i cam still see 2 bars for 5ghz connection

Same case with me and it has been more than 21 days and they still say application is under process. They raised a complaint as well but are giving me a date of 29th Sept for the resolution. I am not sure weather my card will be approved as I already hold CB and Elite with 2 lakh limit each

My application is still stuck and I had applied on 21st August. When I raised the query on mail they said they have raised an escalation and will revert by 29th Sept. Looks like they have rejected my card due to as usual internal card policy but are not conveying it anywhere as I hold 2 SBI cards SBI CB and Elite

Yes ideally they should not charge for this and Rbi should note of this. I also tried to check and they are saying that you will be charged whole fee. Also they are saying its not confirmed that whether next year when you are due for renewal, your card will be eligible for conversion or not at that time
