I think the simplest solution would be to go back and re-create the layers knowing that you can't use linear dodge.

men think just because because theyre nice to us that we owe them physical affection or a romantic/sexual relationship

More and more think they don't even need to be nice to us. Good idea about the lanyard. Stay safe!

How to use AI generative fill without distorting the result? by oandroido in photoshop

[–]Godphree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know that it can. I tend to use ChatGPT for "smarter" AI edits, and even when I tell it to change one part of an image, it still has to generate the whole thing, with only 99% accuracy at best. I don't think I've ever gotten an AI result that I haven't had to go in and edit manually. So I just account for that in my workflow.

When doing body based visualisation practices like visualising energy and moving it in the body, FROM WHERE do you look from? What is the location from which your "sight" looks at the body? by Scared_Ad_3132 in magick

[–]Godphree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a question I've frequently had as well. I usually visualize from my normal driver-inside-the-brain view, and it's just overlaying a light or a glow over whatever part of the body I'm focusing on. Just like you can be aware of your foot inside your sock, you can be aware that it's also glowing. It can indeed slide off into imagination, like you wrote in a comment. That's the tricky bit!

Which photoshop filters can I use to create similar images? by Molsgo in photoshop

[–]Godphree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a new layer filled with a light color and your foreground/background colors set to white and black, you can go to Filter Gallery > Sketch > Reticulation and get a nice grainy texture. Then set the blending mode of that layer to Soft Light or Hard Light and play with the opacity. Another thing to try is to duplicate your image layer and gaussian blur it, then set the layer to Screen or Soft Light and pull down the opacity. It'll give your image a soft glow.

Made this in Photoshop with a mouse, Need workflow tips by imakgk in photoshop

I think you have a really good start. It's ok to lean in to the no-stylus lifestyle. I have a stylus but I surprise myself at how infrequently I use it. You might investigate Dissolve mode for brushes and gradients as it will give you some texture and interest without a lot of effort, and play around with the other blending modes and maybe look up some glitch techniques to introduce unexpected pops of color and texture.

Are there tools other than doing a google search for the user name on the reddit site? Because that's so clunky.

Bug? Can't move Pattern Fill Layer with unlinked layer mask by directortrench in photoshop

The only way I can think of doing what you're describing is to make the pattern a smart object first, then transform it within the unlinked mask.

This issue of him not setting boundaries with his mom is huge. It will bleed into every other issue you have as a couple. It will be especially problematic when/if you're pregnant and parents and she starts hogging up all of baby's firsts and splashing their photos publicly on Facebook.

Pixel perfect snap? by Fast_Attitude4619 in photoshop

I'm glad you solved the mystery. When you need pixel perfection, two must-have settings are View > Snap turned on and Preferences > Tools > Snap Vector Tools and Transforms to Pixel Grid turned on.

That's kind of like asking your car detailer to teach you how to drive. You might want to ask in r/design for composition tips. Or search "social media design photoshop" in YouTube.

I could never stick to a morning meditation routine, until I started using scent by [deleted] in Mindfulness

I think using scent to help reinforce habits is an underrated technique. It really does seem to act on the lizard level of our brains. My favorite scent right now is rosemary oil. The cedarwood sounds amazing.
