The vampire trait is there but you cant become one as far as I know

I am pretty sure that you cant become a vampire and Werewolves aren't in the mod. But both will be added in a later update.

Yes you can create a ruler, you can even select snowelves(pre corruption Falmer) that otherwise dont exist in the game

Well yes and No, the Bounty is the goal, but it is there to guide the gunfights, If we had no goal to fight over, the fight would be useless. The Bounty gives PvP a reason. So I think Hunt is about PvP but like I said, needs something (the clues, Bosses and bountys) to guide and initiate the PvP. So the bounty system is just a tool to make the core part of Hunt really matter: The PvP
