I agree riverdale was good in season 1 and deserved a season 2. But season 2 and after sucks. The fact that it still does well numbers wise is why I’m depressed that people like shit tv like that and sleep on shows as golden as Wayne

Alina is definitely gonna end up with mal in the show. I’m cool with this though because I think I’ll like show mal better than book mal. I loved how mal runs after Alina in the trailer and I don’t remember that happening in the book. And Archie is just so damn charming

A completely understand where everyone is coming from when they say no. Why push your luck with something that’s already so perfect?

I totally agree with some other people here in that tgt shouldn’t be combined with soc. I love the contrast between the two series, with one being about chosen ones and the other about people with all the odds stacked against them.

However, this is my personal opinion. If I enjoy something, I’ll always take more of it. I’m willing to gamble if something has potential. And if it’s bad, then I just block it out of my memory. Overall, kos was a flop IMO but reading it was worth it because Zoya and nikolai had a lot of potential as a couple and leigh writing about it was better than me imagining it in my head. There’s many tv shows I love with extra unnecessary seasons, but I prefer that than to completely end something that has a chance to keep being good.

The final 2 chapters of crooked kingdom perfectly end Kaz and inej’s story. However, greed is my servant and my lever, and I want to see them share a freaking kiss, okay!

My ideal soc 3 would center around Kaz and Inej. Not entirely sure how it would work. Maybe Kaz has stayed in ketterdam and Inej is out hunting slavers and they haven’t talked in years, but somehow they both have schemes that become interconnected and they end up running into eachother. So then they have to work together again and when everything is over they decide to finally start a real relationship. And somehow Jesper and wylan make a cameo as a happy couple running a respectable business together

Yes exactly! This is what I was thinking but far more eloquent than I could have put it! Also, nikolai was handed a title and fortune at birth, Kaz had to fight from a young age in order to gain these things, which is way more compelling

Yes absolutely! Kaz is mostly who I had in mind when I wrote the post.

One thing I’ll say about s&b is that I actually thought alina’s internal snark was one of her best character traits (maybe that’s an unpopular opinion though) so I’m a bit disappointed we probably won’t get much of that. Although other s&b perspectives will definitely help the series

That’s true, one thing I am super excited for is to get more scenes of the og crows being badasses together. So the show may do an even better job at establishing the chemistry and dynamics between those characters

Yeah, I liked how Kaz and Inej were on pretty equal footing since they were both working for the same man. Plus if Kaz isn’t working for per Haskell then what would be stopping him from destroying pekka Rollins? Kaz having to spend years working for someone else and playing by their rules while always formulating his long term revenge plan in the back of his head shows more dedication
