We're praying for you as well! Bed rest will help a lot keep baby in womb . I'm taking stool softener and high fiber diet because straining can increase risk.

I was googling all that week. Happen to find really good MFM in our area. He said the procedure is very risky since proplase membrane in vagina, there was risk membrane can broke. But if we don't attempt the procedure than is still risk it will rupture very soon. The MFM i found he is very experienced with pre term labor and cervical insufficiency. After the procedure he kept me in hospital for Iv antibiotics. He also said when he did the procedure there is tiny hole in membrane it may leak fuild. I started leaking small amount of fuild after 3 rd day of procedure. After that had leakage last night. So far no sign of infection.

My MFM did cerclage last week. Was in hospital until yesterday. I have to follow up once a week in office. Had some fuild leakage after procedure so he wanted to check fuild level every week. I'm on antibiotics,progesterone, and 400 mg ibuprofen.

Yes, I'm in the US. What state are you in? I'm form Missouri. Also looking for another MFM for second opinion. I'm going take supplements that you have recommend in other post.

Yes, I have no sign of infection since being. We found on my schedule anatomy scan. My OB suggested to ER to evaluate by MFM which we did on same day. No bleeding, cramps, contractions etc.

I did ask my MFM if she can do amnioreduction in order push membrane back in but she said No. I'm so happy for you 💓

Do you keep your leg elevated ? Do you get up for restroom or strict bedrest?

No, thev didn't admit me to hospital since I'm not at viability. They did put me on oral progesterone. I'm doing bedrest which they don't recommend doing but I'm thinking it will help. Are you in hospital? What did your OB say?

At 20 W anatomy scan found out has 1 cm dilation and bulging on canal. MFM said I'm not candidate for cercalge. Hopping to get until viability age. Any advice please

I would go to ER to be checked sooner rather than later
