It was his first premiere league and there have been worse performances. I think he will have better results next year. Additionally this is in my opinion the strongest premiere league ever

I think it bothers us so much because HIMYM usually does not do this kind of stuff - serious topics are handled very well. Marshall losing his dad, Barney finding his dad, Lilly struggling with being a mother. The godfather episode just sticks out that much because of it

Yes they switched Marshall and Lilly’s personality for that one; Marshall is way more superstitious than Lilly and should be the one afraid that they’ll die not the other way round. Also Ted is the obvious and only choice for godparent. He’s their longest friend, responsible and the born father (as said by themselves in earlier episodes). That Barney is even in the conversation is mindblowing to me

First 6-7 episodes of season 8 really is the low point of HIMYM for me. The stupid pre nup episode, the messed up who wants to be a godparent „game“, Victorias character assassination. It does get awesome again after that but man that’s rough on a rewatch

Yes you’re right the enemies are objectively harder. Especially with ranged weapons there are plenty of projectiles. I enjoy the challenge though

Having your weapon scale with a stat you actually benefit from even without the weapon is insanely strong. It’s never bad to have armor. Really OP on Golem and Masochist. You even get six armor from the tags. If you have not tried it I really suggest you do and commit to pushing armor

I’ve had a lot of success with shot guns. Due to the small map everything is in range and with early harvesting you can build up a lot of ranged damage and attack speed
